Heathrow Airport has extended its partnership with Adobe and will rebuild its main website on Adobe CX Enterprise, Adobe’s AI customer experience software. The system utilizes AI agents to manage customer interactions. Heathrow’s website receives over 50 million visitors annually, according to the announcement.
The new site will deliver personalized content to passengers, stakeholders, and local communities using Adobe Experience Manager.
Additionally, Heathrow will employ Adobe Brand Visibility to monitor its content across AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity, identifying gaps in representation.
"Working with Adobe, we are able to ensure that passengers receive the correct information, whether they are on our website or querying via an LLM," stated Stephen Glenfield, head of digital at Heathrow.
Adobe attributes this partnership to evolving travel planning habits. Their research reveals that one in four consumers now relies on AI platforms for travel decisions.
Nathan Hancock, leading Adobe’s business in the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, and Africa, expressed confidence in keeping Heathrow’s content "visible and accurate in a world where AI is increasingly the first stop on the travel journey."
The companies have collaborated for over a decade. Heathrow handled a record 84.5 million passengers in 2025, ranking among the world's busiest airports.
Neither company disclosed a launch date for the new website or the financial terms of the deal.
