Euno Raises $23M to Empower Enterprise AI with Context
Euno has secured $23 million in a Series A round led by N47, with investments from prominent figures in the security and data space, including Wiz co-founder Yinon Kostika and former Tableau CEO Mark Nelson. This funding brings Euno’s total to $29 million.
Euno’s innovative approach focuses on building a "context platform" for enterprise AI agents, addressing a critical gap in their functionality. While AI models continue to advance, Euno argues that the lack of context—understanding which data to trust and what actions to take—hinders their widespread adoption.
The Problem and Solution
Imagine an AI agent requesting last quarter’s customer churn data. Large organizations often have multiple, outdated versions of this data, making it challenging for agents to access the most reliable information. Euno’s platform learns an organization’s data management practices, providing each agent with the specific context it needs for its task. It also enforces access rules, ensuring agents don’t access unauthorized data.
CEO Sarah Levy highlights the unique value proposition: "The lasting advantage is the knowledge we build about how work gets done within a company." This contextual knowledge, accumulated over time, becomes the company’s competitive edge.
A Crowded Space with Unique Differentiation
Euno’s solution enters a competitive market with security startups like Act Security and Onyx Security also focusing on AI agent control. However, Levy argues that data teams have been cautious about AI due to a lack of visibility into data access. Euno’s platform gives them the control and confidence they need.
About Euno and Its Team
Founded in 2023 by Eyal Firstenberg and Sarah Levy, Euno has its roots in the Israeli military’s Talpiot technology program. The company has already seen success with notable clients like market intelligence firm AlphaSense and telecoms group Zayo.
Looking ahead, Euno plans to double its workforce by the end of the year, with the new funding primarily allocated to sales, marketing, and AI research.
Moshe Zilberstein, a general partner at N47, expresses enthusiasm for Euno, stating it is the only company building native context infrastructure for AI.
