HiringCafe, a job discovery platform, has raised $6.8 million in pre-seed funding to transform the traditional job search process. Led by Spark Capital, the round also included Nonfiction Capital, Silicon Gardens, and strategic angel investors from industry giants ZipRecruiter and Indeed.

HiringCafe is introducing its AI Talent Agent, a free tool designed to help job seekers. It utilizes personalized AI to:
- Scour millions of open roles: On their behalf, allowing users to deploy AI to find relevant job opportunities.
- Index the entire job market: Unlike traditional job boards, HiringCafe bypasses aggregators and directly indexes the career pages of millions of companies in real-time, hosting over 5.7 million active listings.
- Act as a 24/7 recruiter: Continuously scouting new opportunities and flagging them the moment they go live.

The platform aims to solve several common issues in the current job market:
