Oracle’s Workforce Reduction
Oracle’s global workforce fell to 141,000 full-time employees as of 31 May 2026, down from 162,000 a year earlier, representing a net reduction of approximately 21,000 people. The company’s annual regulatory filing stated plainly that “the adoption and deployment of AI technologies across our operations have resulted, and may continue to result, in reductions to our workforce.”
