Fintech start-up Ramp has raised approximately $1.85bn at a valuation of roughly $60bn, as reported by Bloomberg's Rebecca Torrence, citing people familiar with the matter. Dragoneer Investment Group and Thrive Capital led the round, with Founders Fund also contributing significantly. The $60bn figure is before the new investment is factored in.

The deal confirms discussions initially reported by Bloomberg in September. Ramp's previous funding round in June raised $750mn at a $44bn valuation.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in New York, Ramp offers corporate cards and tools for expenses, payments, and fraud detection. It claimed to serve 70,000 businesses by June this year, up from 50,000 at the start of 2026. Its annualized revenue had surpassed $1.5bn by then, according to Bloomberg.

With this latest funding, Ramp is now far and away the most valuable start-up in business spending. Its closest competitor, Brex, was acquired by Capital One for $5.15bn earlier this year. The company is also exploring AI, releasing a tool in August to shift tasks to cheaper models and considering training its own models.

Ramp declined to comment on the report.
