Fusion’s Challenge: Converting Energy into Cheap Electricity
Fusion’s hard problem was making more energy than you put in. The next challenge is turning that energy into cheap electricity. A Wisconsin startup, Realta Fusion, claims to have made a significant first step by illuminating some bulbs directly from its reactor. The company revealed this on June 30th during their initial demonstration.
