Nvidia-Backed AI Video Firm Chooses London for European HQ
Runway, an AI video firm supported by Nvidia, is joining Anthropic and OpenAI in establishing a strong presence in London. The company has named the UK city as its European headquarters and has committed to investing over $200 million in the UK’s AI ecosystem by 2028, as revealed to CNBC on Monday.
The move comes with notable clients such as the BBC, Fremantle, and WPP already on board. Runway is signalling its intent to contribute significantly to the region’s artificial intelligence landscape.
