Bending Spoons has agreed to buy Miro in an all-cash deal worth $1.355 billion, following closely on the heels of its acquisition of Airtable. This latest move brings Milan-based Bending Spoons a workspace with approximately $600 million in annual recurring revenue.
"It’s a privilege, and no small responsibility, to welcome a product that over 250,000 organizations have integrated into their workflows," stated Luca Ferrari, chief executive and co-founder of Bending Spoons.
Deal Details
- The acquisition values Miro at around $1.79 billion, including its net cash.
- Bending Spoons will acquire all of Miro’s shares.
- Some Miro shareholders have agreed to reinvest $295 million in newly issued Bending Spoons shares.
The boards of both companies unanimously approved the deal, expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. Until then, the two companies will operate independently.
