ElevenLabs Secures Five Listings on UK Government's Cloud Framework

September 11, 2026 - 5:05 pm

ElevenLabs, an artificial intelligence software company, has secured five service listings on the UK government’s G-Cloud 15 cloud buying framework. The supplier of record for four out of these five listings is Eleven Labs Inc., the American entity co-founded by two Poles and part-owned since June by Poland's state development bank.

Services Offered

The listed services include:

  • Conversational agents
  • Transcription
  • Dubbing
  • Text-to-speech

These offerings align with the memorandum signed in June between AI minister Kanishka Narayan and ElevenLabs CEO Mati Staniszewski, which was voluntary and non-binding. However, this latest development opens up a direct route for government departments and NHS trusts to purchase these services without conducting their own tenders.

American Company with Polish Ties

The catalog entries are associated with an American company with strong Polish connections:

  • Founder: Staniszewski and Piotr Dabkowski (Poles)
  • Incorporated: United States
  • Office Locations: London, New York, Warsaw, San Francisco
  • Shareholder: Vinci (Poland's state development bank), with a $11M investment in June

Future Prospects

The first call-off of these services is a significant milestone to watch. As ElevenLabs continues to grow—with a recent valuation of $11B and talks of a potential $22B acquisition—its presence on the UK government framework could lead to substantial public sector contracts.
