Tesla Launches Model Y Long Wheelbase in US for $61,990 with FSD and Free Supercharging
Tesla has launched the six-seat Model Y Long Wheelbase in the United States and Puerto Rico, marking a significant expansion of its popular electric SUV. Priced at $61,990, the Launch Series includes 12 months of Full Self-Driving (Supervised), free Supercharging for a year, and any exterior paint, interior layout, or wheel option at no extra cost.
Key Features:
- Interior: Heated and ventilated captain’s chairs with powered armrests in the second row, and heated reclining seats with one-touch folding and child-seat anchors in the third row. 89 cubic feet of cargo space even when all six seats are occupied.
- Performance: Estimated 325 miles of range and a 0-60 time under four and a half seconds. Equipped with adaptive damping, staggered tires, improved acoustic glass, and revised suspension.
- Tech Features: 16-inch touchscreen, eight-inch display for second-row passengers, 19-speaker audio system, 50-watt wireless charging pads with active cooling, and integrated Grok AI assistant.
