Unframe Secures $50M More from Highland Europe, Reaching $100M Total Funding in 12 Months

Unframe, a Cupertino-based managed AI delivery platform co-founded by Shay Levi, has raised an additional $50 million in funding led by Highland Europe. Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, TLV Partners, Third Point Ventures, Cerca Partners, and Vintage Investment Partners also participated as returning investors, bringing Unframe’s total funding to a staggering $100 million.

The company boasts impressive growth figures, having crossed $100 million in Total Contract Value (TCV) over the past year with a remarkable 400% net revenue retention rate. Unframe serves Fortune 500 enterprises across multiple regions, addressing a universal pain point: the bottleneck between AI ambition and execution.

Shay Levi, CEO of Unframe, emphasizes this gap in a statement: "Every enterprise we speak with has a backlog of high-impact AI use cases and almost nothing in production." He positions Unframe as the solution to bridge this divide, offering a managed delivery layer between AI ambition and chosen foundation models.

Levi’s credibility is bolstered by his past success; he co-founded API security company Noname Security, acquired by Akamai for $450 million in 2024. Larissa Schneider serves as Unframe’s COO, while Adi Azarya leads R&D.

Highland Europe, a London-based growth-stage investor with a fifth fund of €1 billion, has previously backed European category leaders like Wolt, GetYourGuide, WeTransfer, and Malwarebytes. Their investment in Unframe underscores the company’s potential to revolutionize AI implementation in enterprises.

Unframe is expanding its global footprint, operating from offices in Tel Aviv, Berlin, and Cupertino.
