ElevenLabs is now worth $22 billion, double its $11 billion valuation in February. Employees and existing investors sold $300 million of shares, the voice AI company announced in a blog post on Wednesday. Wellington Management and T. Rowe Price led the deal. Six new investors participated, including EQT, Goldman Sachs, Singapore’s GIC, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and BDT & MSD. Existing backers, such as Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed, and ICONIQ, also took part.
"As we grow, it’s important to us to let our people share in some of the value they are creating for our customers and the wider world," CEO Mati Staniszewski said in the announcement.
The sale completes the tender reported by Bloomberg in July. It coincided with the company opening a Brussels office. In September 2025, ElevenLabs conducted a $100 million employee tender at a $6.6 billion valuation.
Key Takeaways
- Enterprise Customers: ElevenLabs' enterprise customers now account for 55% of its revenue.

Future Plans
Staniszewski told Sifted that the tender will aid in attracting and retaining top researchers as the company competes with larger AI firms. His goal is to prepare ElevenLabs for a potential stock market listing within the next two to two and a half years.
The company's valuation grew from $9 million after its initial funding round in 2022.
