Satya Nadella’s Leadership Shakeup at Microsoft

Satya Nadella has dismantled the senior leadership structure that ran Microsoft for decades. A source close to the CEO revealed that the company has "quietly retired what’s known as the SLT." The once-powerful executives who headed up various businesses and reported directly to Nadella are no longer in their roles.

In place of the former senior leadership team, Nadella has implemented a new structure, though specifics are not yet clear. This shift marks a significant change in Microsoft’s corporate hierarchy.
